When we first saw Jerry Cabrera’s “detail of Haven 118” at Craighead Green Gallery we were immediately captivated by his use of fiery reds, neon pinks, and fluorescent yellows. The painting was reminiscent of a Mexican sunset— right then and there we wanted to be transported to the shores of Cabo, margarita in hand, donning an armful of beach-chic bracelets from Sara Beltran’s sand-and-sea influenced label, Dezso. If you haven’t gotten a chance to see the exhibit for yourself, it will be running until July 28, but for now, get your fix with these colorful pieces artfully inspired by Mr. Cabrera’s masterpiece.
